We are hiring a Document Verifier- Skip-Tracing & Online Investigations Specialist to conduct online research using public records and open-source tools. You will help our legal-support team locate information on individuals and businesses, including property ownership, business affiliations, employment indicators, and licensing data. This is a remote, detail-focused role with flexible hours and long-term stability. We will also need Court Documentation Verified; you will need to call the Court Houses and speak with clerks to verify judgments.
What You’ll Do
? Perform skip tracing and online investigations

? Research property, business, employment, and licensing information

? Compile clear reports based on verified data

? Handle sensitive information confidentially

? Make calls during EST hours to Court Houses & Sheriffs

? Checking Websites to see if documents were filed

? Work independently while asking questions when guidance is needed
? Saving and noting files in our system

? Excellent attention to detail

? Strong English skills (must speak clearly on the phone)

? Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities

? Self-motivated and able to work independently

? Reliable and committed to long-term work

? Experience with online research or skip tracing is a plus

Required Skills
? Strong online research skills

? Basic computer proficiency

? Ability to analyze and verify information from multiple sources

Nice to Have
? Experience with public Court records, business lookups, or investigations
