Inbound Sales & Customer Support Specialist

House of Powersports is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and organized Inbound Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, staying organized, and playing a key role in turning inquiries into happy customers.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our leads, helping guide them through the early stages of the buying process while keeping our systems organized and up to date.

What You’ll Do
• Call and connect with inbound and existing leads to gather basic customer information
• Follow a proven script to qualify leads and ensure a consistent customer experience
• Enter and update customer information accurately in our CRM system
• Keep leads organized, tracked, and properly categorized
• Provide clear and friendly communication with customers
• Assist the sales and operations team with data entry and administrative tasks
• Support the team wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
• Strong English speaking and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
