Role Overview

We are hiring a confident, results-driven cold caller who can speak naturally with U.S. property owners using a conversational (not scripted or robotic) approach. Your goal is to identify motivated sellers and generate qualified leads for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities

Make 250–400 outbound calls per shift

Speak with property owners and build quick rapport

Handle objections professionally

Identify motivation and qualify leads

Accurately record call notes and dispositions

Submit daily performance report

Compensation $4-$7 or avail

Performance-based pay

$5 per qualified lead

$100 per closed deal

High performers can earn significantly more.

Required Skills

Clear, confident speaking voice

Strong objection-handling ability

Ability to control conversations naturally

Reliable internet and headset

Prior cold calling or sales experience preferred

Minimum hire score: 22/30

Trial Requirement

Final candidates must complete a short trial:

Call provided leads

Submit call recordings + notes

Show contact and lead results
