We have two YouTube channels, a creative team consistently producing videos, and a sense that we could be achieving much more with what we already have. That’s where you come in.

We’re not looking for someone to create videos—we need a strategist who can evaluate what we’re doing and suggest smarter ways to approach it. Think of yourself as an optimization expert, an analytics pro, and a strategic advisor all in one.

What You’ll Do:
-Dive into the data for our two channels (one for clients, one for VAs)
-Analyze what's working, what's not, and provide clear insights
-Review and optimize our thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags
-Deliver actionable recommendations we can put into practice
-Track which changes make a real impact and which ones don’t
-Bonus points if you're also interested in suggesting content ideas (though this is optional)

What You Need:
-Expertise in YouTube SEO—this isn't your first time around the block
-The ability to interpret analytics and provide meaningful insights
-A proven track record of helping YouTube channels grow
-Strong English communication skills (we need to understand your recommendations!)
-Self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently

Bonus Points If:
-You have experience with B2B content
-You’re familiar with tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ
-You stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm updates and best practices
-You’ve analyzed competitor channels and understand what works in various niches

The Setup:
-Start part-time (20 hours/week) or project-based
-If you're excelling, we can discuss transitioning to full-time after one month
-Flexible hours—we care about results, not when you're working
