Part-Time VA for US Realtor Lead Gen + Outreach Scheduling (SaaS Startup)

About the Project:
I'm a solo US developer with one part-time dev building ---------- – an easy SaaS popup tool for real estate agents. It adds neighborhood insights to property pages with just 3 lines of code (no redesign, super simple integration). We're testing if realtors with their own websites will add it – need to book 25-50 short Zoom interviews (20-30 min each) with independent realtors/brokers open to website tweaks.
Past marketing was expensive and complicated (tools didn't deliver), so now we're keeping it lean: hire a reliable VA to source leads, send outreach, and book calls so I can focus on the demo and dev.
Main Tasks:

Build targeted lists of ---------- independent US realtors/small brokers who have their own websites (use free/cheap methods: LinkedIn searches, Zillow agent finder, Google, state realtor directories, ---------- free tier, etc.).
Send short, personalized cold emails (I'll give templates + access to a simple email tool or Gmail setup).
Follow up once or twice on replies, qualify them quickly (e.g., confirm they manage their site and are open to easy code integration).
Book qualified realtors on my Calendly for 20-30 min feedback/demo calls.
Log everything in a shared Google Sheet: leads, emails sent, responses, booked calls, key notes (pain points, willingness to integrate).
Target: Help get 25-50 booked interviews in 4-8 weeks.

Required Skills:

Experience in lead research / cold outreach (B2B or real estate a plus, but fast learners OK).
Good written English for emails and replies.
Comfortable with Google Sheets, LinkedIn, email finders ( ---------- ), basic email sending.
Proactive, organized, hits daily targets without constant check-ins.
Bonus: Familiar with real estate agents, appointment setting, or tools like GoHighLevel/Instantly (not required – we'll keep it simple).
Experience with instantly.ai
