Appointment Setter

We are based in Melbourne Australia. We are looking for a highly disciplined and hardworking Appointment Setter to join our growing education consultancy team. This is a high-volume outbound calling role. We are expecting you to call at least 15 leads per hour. If you are not comfortable making large volume of calls daily, this role is not for you. We are not looking for “talent”. We are looking for hardworking, consistency, discipline, and commitment.

Your Role
• Contact 15 warm leads every hour
• Follow structured call scripts
• Book at least 10 qualified appointments for Senior Consultants daily
• Maintain accurate call records
• Handle objections calmly and professionally
• Follow up consistently until contact is made

This is a performance-based role. Only committed individuals should apply.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Speaks clear, neutral English (minimal accent)
• Has strong phone confidence
• Is mentally strong and not easily discouraged
• Is comfortable with repetitive work
• Is available 20-40 hours a week
• Wants long-term growth
