Creative Director (Viral Content Strategist)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly strategic Creative Director / Viral Content Strategist to lead content direction for our clients and guide our editing team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands:

- Viral content psychology
- Research-driven idea generation
- Creative leadership
- Systems and performance tracking

You will be responsible for researching winning content, developing strategic video plans, and leading editors to execute at a high level.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research competitors and industry trends to identify viral opportunities
- Develop original video concepts with strong hooks and engagement potential
- Write scripts, titles, and clear creative briefs
- Extract powerful short-form clips from long-form content
- Lead and coach video editors with actionable feedback
- Ensure quality, pacing, storytelling, and strong hooks
- Track video performance and optimize future strategy
- Manage projects using ClickUp and Slack

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years in creative strategy, content strategy, or creative leadership
- Proven experience creating or directing high-performing content
- Experience leading editors or creative teams
- Strong understanding of social media content strategy
- Experience with ClickUp, Slack, and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)
- Systems-minded and highly organized
- Confident communicator who can give clear direction and feedback
- Committed to excellence, growth, and accountability
