Full Time CraftCMS Developer (PHP) – REMOTE

We’re seeking a CraftCMS Developer with strong PHP experience to help build and maintain websites powered by CraftCMS. This role focuses on developing reliable CMS-driven solutions while working closely with designers and other developers to deliver well-structured, high-performing web experiences.

You’ll contribute to both backend development and frontend implementation, ensuring projects remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with modern development standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites and applications built on CraftCMS
- Create and customize templates, modules, and plugins within the CraftCMS ecosystem
- Implement backend functionality using PHP
- Build frontend templates using Twig, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Manage and structure CMS content including sections, entries, fields, and taxonomies
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services within CraftCMS-based systems
- Work with MySQL databases to support application data and queries
- Maintain code quality and collaboration through Git-based version control
- Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth delivery

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in CraftCMS and PHP-based web development
- At least 2 years of hands-on CraftCMS development, including template creation and plugin customization
- Strong backend development using PHP
- Experience building CraftCMS frontend implementations using Twig, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience managing content structures within CraftCMS
- Familiarity with MySQL and relational database queries
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration
- Strong English communication skills, particularly when discussing technical decisions

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Vue.js for interactive frontend features
- Development of custom CraftCMS plugins or modules
- Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Vite or Webpack
- Experience integrating external services through REST APIs
- Experience implementing Craft Commerce for e-commerce functionality
- Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive templates
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban
- Exposure to other CMS platforms including WordPress or Drupal
