High-Volume Outreach Operator (Opt-In Email + Fan Messaging)

Role summary
We’re hiring an operator to message a large list of fan contacts for an artist and a travel docuseries. You will send mass instagram DM's and Emails from a list we provide you and manage messaging workflows to maximize inbox placement and account health.

Responsibilities
Send mass emails to a large list of fans (segmented + suppressed appropriately).
Maintain list hygiene and compliance: unsubscribes, bounce handling.
Monitor deliverability and engagement; adjust sending pace and segmentation accordingly.
Support fan messaging workflows that are platform-approved (inbound DM handling, responses, and automations)
Build templates, scripts, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements
Proven experience delivering high-volume email without harming sender reputation.
Deep understanding of deliverability, warming, segmentation (CAN-SPAM/GDPR where applicable).
Experience with approved social messaging workflows and community management.
Nice to have
Creator/music marketing experience
Copywriting for launches and announcements
