About Us
HubsPlanet is a HubSpot consulting company helping B2B startups and scaling companies implement, optimize, and grow their revenue operations using HubSpot.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals — while maintaining the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential B2B prospects
• Conduct outbound outreach using Apollo, LinkedHelper, and community engagement
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
• Run discovery calls and present our services
• Send proposals and follow up with prospects
• Close deals and convert prospects into clients
• Manage deals, notes, and tasks inside HubSpot CRM
• Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity tracking
Requirements
• 1–2 years experience in B2B sales, SDR, or account executive role
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with cold outreach and lead qualification
• Organized and disciplined with CRM updates
Preferred Experience
• Experience selling SaaS, consulting, or agency services
• Familiar with Apollo, LinkedHelper, or similar outbound tools
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is optional but helpful
Compensation
• Base Salary: $700 – $900 USD per month
• Performance-based commission on closed deals
• Long-term opportunity with growth potential
Work Schedule
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Working hours aligned with Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
