About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Creative Marketing Assistant to support our Project Manager/Marketer in daily execution. This role is for someone who is strong in graphic design + video editing and can also handle marketing support tasks with speed and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Design graphics for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
2. Edit videos (short-form content + simple long-form cutdowns)
3. Create clean and professional slides in PowerPoint / Google Slides
4. Assist with marketing execution tasks (uploading assets, organizing files, formatting campaigns, etc.)
5. Follow SOPs/checklists and complete tasks on deadline
6. Work directly with our PM/Marketer and provide daily progress updates

Requirements
1. Strong graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe tools are a plus)
2. Good video editing skills (CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut or equivalent)
3. Good English communication (written)
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented
5. Reliable internet and consistent availability during work hours
6. Proactive attitude (you communicate clearly and don’t disappear)

Nice to Have
1. Experience in marketing teams/agencies
2. Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL)
3. Basic copy formatting/polishing skills
4. Experience creating sales/marketing presentations
