We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help grow our beauty businesses in California.

Businesses:
Hannah Beauty & Spa (Luxury Spa)
Glamour Lash & Brow (Lash Studio)

Main Responsibilities

Social Media:
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Post daily content (photos, reels, stories)
• Schedule posts and plan content
• Reply to client comments and messages
• Help grow followers and engagement

SEO / Google:
• Help improve Google ranking for our spa
• Manage Google Business Profile
• Send Google review links to clients
• Write SEO blog posts or captions
• Basic local SEO tasks

Other Tasks:
• Help organize photos and videos
• Edit simple videos or reels
• Assist with online marketing ideas

Requirements
• Experience with social media marketing
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Business
• Good English communication
• Experience using Canva or similar tools
• Organized and responsible

Bonus Skills (preferred)
• Experience working with beauty salons or spas
• Video editing (Reels / TikTok)
• Experience with WordPress or website SEO

Work Hours:
Part-time or full-time

Pay:
$4 – $5 per hour depending on experience
