**Title:** Ticket Puller / Virtual Assistant – Ticketing Industry

**Description:**

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented **Ticket Pullers / Virtual Assistants** to assist with high-demand ticket releases and presale events. This role involves preparing accounts, entering queues, and attempting ticket purchases during major drops for concerts, tours, and live events.

We operate in a high-volume ticketing environment and are expanding our team to improve efficiency and coverage during releases.

**Responsibilities:**

* Join ticket queues for major events (Ticketmaster and similar platforms)
* Use provided accounts to attempt ticket purchases during drops
* Follow instructions quickly during time-sensitive events
* Communicate with the team in real time during releases
* Track results and report outcomes after drops
* Assist with presale signups and event preparation

**Requirements:**

* Reliable internet connection
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ability to follow instructions quickly during time-sensitive drops
* Availability during major event releases
* Experience with ticketing platforms is a plus but **not required**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation:**
