About Us
We are a growing UK-based group of companies operating across services and technology. We require a highly organised, detail-oriented Finance & Data Analyst to take ownership of financial administration, bookkeeping, payroll preparation, associate payments, reporting, and data accuracy across a group of companies.
This is a hands-on operational role, not theoretical.

Your Core Responsibilities
Financial Administration & Bookkeeping

Full responsibility for daily and weekly bookkeeping
Loading, categorising, validating, and reconciling:

Bills
Receipts
Invoices


Obtaining missing receipts and invoices
Correct UK account assignments for tax and reporting
Weekly bank reconciliations and syncing bank accounts
Maintaining clean, audit-ready accounts at all times
Working primarily in Xero and/or QuickBooks


Associate Payments

Preparing associate payment statements
Validating calculations against source data and agreements
Reconciling associate payments to ERP data, revenue, and bank payments
Identifying and resolving discrepancies before payment
Maintaining clear, auditable records


Payroll (UK)
Required:

Preparing payroll data ready for submission to external accountants
Maintaining accurate payroll inputs:

Salaries
Contractors
Allowances and deductions


Reconciling payroll data to accounts and bank payments

Desirable:

Running UK payroll in-house
Submitting payroll using a UK payroll solution
Producing and distributing payslips to staff
Managing payroll schedules and payroll-related queries


VAT, Compliance & Statutory

Preparing and validating UK VAT returns
Ensuring correct VAT treatment across transactions
Filing annual confirmation statements
Preparing annual accounts ready for submission
Supporting compliance with UK accounting standards


Payments & Cashflow

Preparing and batching bill payments
Managing bi-weekly payment runs
Proactively reminding management of upcoming payments
Monitoring operating costs and identifying trends or risks


Financial Reporting & Data Analysis

Producing management accounts
Building financial dashboards and reports
Tracking operating costs and performance trends
Building reports using Power BI and spreadsheets
Analysing ERP and operational data for accuracy and consistency
Supporting a multi-entity group with accurate, timely data


Essential Experience
? Strong experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks accounting software
? Proven experience in UK bookkeeping
? Experience preparing payroll data for accountants
? Solid understanding of UK VAT
? Experience producing management accounts and dashboards
? Strong Power BI (or equivalent BI tools)
? Extremely high attention to detail
? Ability to work independently with accountability
? Must overlap UK (GMT) working hours

Desirable Skills
? Experience with DEXT (or similar receipt capture tools)
? Experience with Fathom or financial forecasting tools
? Experience using a UK payroll solution
? Experience running payroll and issuing payslips
? ERP system experience
? Multi-entity or group company experience
