TikTok Trend Researcher and Short Form Video Editor / Social Media Manager

We are looking for someone who lives on the internet and understands TikTok and Instagram culture.
Your role is to research daily trends, edit short form videos to match those trends, and prepare finished videos for posting.
You will not be responsible for posting content or managing accounts. Your job is to identify trends, edit videos, and deliver ready to post content.

This role begins part time with opportunity for full time employment within 2-3 months. We are looking for someone long term who enjoys internet culture, ---------- humor, and viral content.

TikTok Trend Researcher and Short Form Video Editor / Social Media Manager

Your main responsibility is turning raw video content into trend based edits that match what is currently performing well on TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

- Research daily TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Identify trends that match a specific niche.
- Pull raw video content from Google Drive or Dropbox.
- Edit videos to match current viral formats.
- Export finished videos and organize them in Dropbox folders.
- Prepare daily videos for multiple accounts.
- Suggest caption or hashtag options when helpful. No AI.

Daily Workload

- During training period you will edit 4 videos per day across 4 different accounts.
- After training you will edit 6-8 videos per day across different accounts when hired full time.
- Each account requires one post per day.
- Videos will be provided through Dropbox or Google Drive. Your job is to turn those clips into trend based edits.

Work Schedule

Part time position.
20 to 25 hours per week.
Approximately 4 hours per day.
5 days per week.

Requirements

- Fast and stable internet connection.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture.
- Comfortable with ---------- humor and internet trends.
- Experience editing short form video content.
- Experience with one or more editing programs such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Comfortable working with Google Drive and Dropbox.
- Organized with file management.
- Able to meet daily deadlines.
- Comfortable researching trends both inside a niche and across general TikTok.

Nice to Have
- Experience editing viral TikTok style content.
- Experience running theme pages or ---------- pages.
- Experience identifying trends before they peak.
- Understand female led brands and culture
