We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Caller / Appointment Setter who enjoys talking to people and booking meetings.

This is a long-term full-time role for someone who wants stable work and the opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to local service businesses
• Introduce our marketing services
• Identify interested prospects
• Book meetings for our sales team
• Follow up with leads who showed interest
• Record call notes and outcomes

Daily Call Expectations

You will use a 4-line power dialer and are expected to make:

300+ outbound calls per day

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys high-volume calling and is comfortable speaking with many business owners each day.

• Kixie power dialer
• Google Sheets
• CRM system
• Calendar booking system

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English
• Clear and confident phone presence
• Experience with cold calling or appointment setting preferred
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet workspace
• Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours

Compensation

Base salary:
$500 USD/month or more depending on success
