We’re hiring a Podcast Short-Form Video Editor to help us turn podcast episodes into engaging, high-performing social media content.
This role is focused on short-form content performance. We are looking for an editor who understands pacing, storytelling, captions, and viral structure. You must be able to watch through full podcast episodes, identify the most interesting segments, and turn them into clips that perform well on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
- Strong video editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Ability to identify engaging
- Proof of high-performing or viral content you have edited
- Ability to demonstrate at least three editing styles

Responsibilities
- Watch through podcast episodes and identify attention-grabbing
- Edit high-performing short-form clips for social media
- Add captions, pacing, and visual elements to increase engagement
- Maintain consistent editing quality across all videos
- Deliver projects on time according to the production schedule
- Apply revisions from the Creative Director
Basic editing mistakes are not tolerated. This includes:
- Leaving unnecessary or duplicated words in the edit
- Poor or missing color correction
- No audio cleanup or leveling
- Spelling errors in captions
Work Schedule:
- Flexible hours, but timely communication and meeting deadlines are essential.
- This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week).
- There is potential to move to full-time for editors who consistently deliver high-quality work and high-performing content.
Salary
- $1,500 / Month
