I’m looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong Figma expertise to redesign and improve the user experience across several platforms used in the business.
The work involves improving both internal tools (such as CRM, document systems, operations/logistics platforms, and call systems) and customer-facing web journeys. The goal is to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences and designs that developers can implement cleanly.

– £6–£7 per hour
– Full-time
– Monday to Friday
– 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time
– Remote
What You’ll Do
– Translate real operational processes into clear user journeys and flows
– Identify friction points and usability issues across internal and customer-facing platforms
– Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns for complex dashboards and workflows
– Create high-fidelity UI designs and clickable prototypes in Figma
– Build reusable Figma components and maintain consistent design systems
– Work with the product owner to prioritise UX improvements
– Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Good Fit If You
– Have expert-level Figma skills (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
– Have experience designing dashboards and operational platforms, not just marketing websites
– Think in user journeys and workflows, not just screens
– Can simplify complex systems into intuitive designs
– Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Create designs that developers can implement without confusion
Nice to have: experience designing CRM systems, internal tools, or logistics/operations platforms.
