Appointment Setter (Outbound Calls) for Fitness and Coaching Business - Day Shift

We are Stronglife Health & Performance, an Australian fitness and nutrition coaching company helping men transform their health. We are expanding our remote team in the Philippines and looking for a high-performing Appointment Setters who can confidently make outbound calls to warm leads and book them for consultations.

About the role:
1. Call leads using our dialer (warm inquiries, follow-ups, and re-engagement)
2. Qualify leads and book them into scheduled appointments
3. Call booked appointments to confirm attendance when needed
4. Call leads who missed their appointments and rebook them
5. Update CRM notes accurately and in real time
6. Follow structured call frameworks (not robotic word-for-word scripts)
7. Join daily huddles and weekly coaching sessions
8. Consistently hit weekly KPIs (dials, bookings, show-up rate)
9. Coordinate closely with the General Manager and the sales team to ensure smooth handovers
10. Send daily reporting on KPI status for the day.

Before you apply, make sure you hit the following requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or BPO sales (if you do not meet this requirement, we will not proceed with your application)
2. Strong spoken English (clear, confident, natural)
3. Stable internet (25 Mbps or higher)
4. Laptop/PC (i5 and above, 8GB RAM minimum)
5. Noise-free work environment
6. Comfortable working with KPIs and dashboards
7. Can work AU shifts


Compensation:
First month
$8 AUD per hour (logged through hubstaff)
Incentive: Same outbound commission structure in outbound comms (contract value of sold x 3%)

Second month onwards (if met KPIs)
$10 AUD per hour
Incentive: Same outbound commission structure in outbound comms (contract value of sold x 3%)
