Create an Editable PDF Contract

Single Project Only

We have created a Subscription Contract in MS Word, and now need to have it formatted correctly and made into a Editable Adobe PDF form that can be emailed to customers, signed digitally, tracked and returned. Shouldn't take more than 2 hours to complete as document is only 8 pages long . Require someone who can potentially complete this task today. Only applicants that can provide an example of an editable form that they have created will be considered. Thanks in advance!
