As our fleet continues to grow, we are looking for a Lead Coordinator who can help manage client communication, roadside assistance situations, and insurance verification for our drivers.
This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations and providing excellent support to our renters.

Regular Work Schedule
• Wednesday – Sunday
• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST
Training will be conducted Monday – Friday between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST during the onboarding period.

Client Communication
• Respond to renter questions via

Roadside Assistance Coordination
• Handle emergency calls from drivers

Fleet Compliance & Maintenance Tracking
• Maintain a tracker for vehicle registrations and renewal deadlines
• Track annual vehicle inspections and notify management when renewals are approaching
• Monitor maintenance schedules based on mileage such as oil changes, tire replacements, and general service intervals
• Keep accurate records of vehicle service history and maintenance documentation
Insurance Verification
• Verify renter insurance policies
• Confirm coverage requirements are met
• Ensure Turn n Go is listed as loss payee when required
• Maintain accurate insurance records for each driver
Operations Support
• Track vehicle issues and maintenance reports
• Escalate serious issues to management
• Maintain organized documentation of all i
