We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can execute.
This is not an “ideas only” marketing job.
We want someone who can build campaigns, track performance, improve results, and generate leads consistently.
SO Good is a fast-growing U.S. marketing company that helps local businesses dominate Google Search and Google Maps.
We move fast. We test constantly. We care about results.
If you like performance marketing and taking ownership of campaigns, you will do well here.
Your Main Goal:
*Your primary responsibility is generating qualified leads.
*Minimum expectation: 5 new leads per week
*Our goal: 10+ leads per week
*A lead is considered qualified when they book and attend a strategy session.
*Your job is to improve campaigns, creatives, funnels, and targeting until those numbers grow.
What You Will Do:
You will manage and improve our digital marketing systems.
Daily and weekly responsibilities include:
• Building and launching digital advertising campaigns
• Managing and optimizing ad spend
• Designing graphics for ads and marketing campaigns
• Editing videos for digital advertising
• Creating blog and marketing content
• Managing remarketing campaigns
• Supporting
• Tracking analytics and marketing performance
• Running keyword research
• Monitoring campaign performance and improving results
• Preparing monthly marketing reports
• Building SOPs and documenting processes as you improve systems
Required Skills:
You must have real experience in digital marketing execution.
Required experience:
• PPC advertising
• Campaign performance analysis
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Keyword research tools
• Social media advertising
• Remarketing campaigns

• Graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
• Strong writing and editing skills
You should be comfortable analyzing data and turning it into better marketing decisions.

Compensation:
First 3 months:
$1,200 per month
After 3 months:
$800 per month + performance bonus
Bonus is based on qualified leads that attend a strategy session.
1–20 leads = $8 per lead
21–45 leads = $10 per lead
46+ leads = $12 per lead
High performers can increase their monthly income significantly.
