We are looking for a high-level performance video editor to create short-form ecommerce ad creatives for Meta
This is NOT a branding or cinematic role.
Your mission is simple: create ads that stop the scroll and increase CTR.
We work with EU & UK markets, and most videos are UGC-style, direct-response ads.
? What You Will Do:
- Edit short-form vertical videos (9:16) for ecommerce ads
- Turn provided scripts into high-converting ad creatives
- Create multiple hook variations from the same script or footage
- Adapt the same video format for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Add clear, readable subtitles optimized for mobile (sound-off viewers)
- Iterate fast based on feedback and testing results
???? This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You only edit cinematic videos, music videos, or brand films
- You dislike revisions or performance-driven feedback
- You focus more on aesthetics than conversion
- You cannot work fast or deliver multiple variations.
? Requirements (READ CAREFULLY). To apply, you MUST meet ALL the following:
- Proven experience editing ecommerce ad creatives
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and scroll-stopping edits
- Ability to create multiple variations from one script
- Experience editing for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Provide at least 10 videos you edited in the last 40 days (must be ecommerce ads & must be real projects - not demo or school work)
- Applications without recent proof will be ignored.
? Payment & Growth:
- Trial phase: paid per video
- Long-term goal: full-time position for the right editor
- Consistent work for high performers
? HOW TO APPLY (IMPORTANT):

1. What ecommerce products have you edited ads for or editing currently?
2. Which platforms were those ads used on? (Meta / TikTok / Snapchat)
3. Share 10 videos edited in the last 40 days (links required)
4. Explain how you approach the first 3 seconds of an ad
5. Can you create multiple hooks from one script? (Yes/No + short explanation).
6. Does your creative get less than $1 CPC and over 3% CTR?
