JOB OVERVIEW

I am a U.S.-based real estate professional seeking a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage incoming leads and grow my real estate business.

This is a long-term role with growth potential. You will start by handling Zillow and online leads, and over time, expand into outbound calls, follow-ups, and other lead management tasks as you gain experience and demonstrate reliability. I am willing to train the right person who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities
Phase 1: Lead Intake

Monitor and respond to Zillow and online leads promptly (1–5 minutes)

Call and text new inquiries using provided scripts

Qualify buyers and sellers: timeline, financing, location, budget

Book appointments directly on my calendar

Log all interactions accurately in CRM


Phase 2: Growth Into Outbound & Follow-Up (Training Provided):

Call provided lead sheets (old leads, open house lists, cold leads)

Send follow-up texts and leave voicemails

Track lead status (Hot / Warm / Nurture / Not Interested)

Assist with follow-up on intake calls to ensure appointments convert

Support additional real estate tasks as assigned

CRM & Pipeline Management

Enter detailed notes after each conversation

Keep contacts updated and organized

Set follow-up reminders to maintain pipeline flow


Ideal Candidate:
Clear and confident English speaking voice

Comfortable on the phone, professional, and friendly

Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Prior experience in real estate or appointment-setting is a plus but not required

Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, KVCore, etc.) is a plus


Schedule:
Part-time: 15 hours per week to start

Must be available during U.S. business hours

Opportunity to grow into full-time and more responsibilities based on performance


Compensation:
$3/hour starting pay

Performance bonuses for:

Qualified appointments

Closed transactions ($20–$50 per closed deal)

This is a long-term role for someone looking to grow in real estate support, learn new skills, and be rewarded for results.


Growth Opportunities:
Hours may increase to 20+ per week as lead volume grows

Pay may increase based on performance and reliability

Additional responsibilities may be added over time
