Appointment Setter

About the Role
We are a fast-growing credit repair and business funding education company with a free community and a paid membership group. We are looking for a highly motivated, people-first Community Setter to join our team part-time.
Your entire job is one thing: start conversations with members in our free community and move them toward booking a call on our calendar. That’s it. If you love talking to people, you’re great at building rapport quickly, and you can follow a script while still sounding like a real human — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Message free community members daily via direct message (DM) using provided scripts and templates
Build genuine rapport and identify which members are a good fit for our paid group
Overcome common objections and keep conversations warm and moving forward
Book qualified leads directly onto the owner’s calendar using our scheduling link
Track your daily outreach, responses, and bookings in a simple activity log
Communicate daily with your manager to report results and flag any issues
Follow up with cold leads until they book, opt out, or are disqualified

You’re a Great Fit If…
You have experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, or community management
You write in natural, conversational English — no stiff or robotic messages
You are self-motivated and can hit daily outreach targets without being micromanaged
You are comfortable following a script but can adapt when conversations go off-script
You are reliable, punctual, and treat this like a real job (because it is)
You have experience with platforms like Skool, Facebook Groups, or similar communities (preferred, not required)

Requirements
Fluent written English communication
Stable internet connection and availability during agreed-upon hours
Ability to send 50–100+ outreach messages per day
Reliable device (laptop or desktop preferred)
Prior VA, setter, or sales experience is a strong plus
