Real SEO Wanted for Luxury Travel Website in Scotland

We’re a Scottish-based luxury travel company (private, bespoke trips). We need a good SEO to improve rankings and enquiries through technical fixes, on-page optimisation, content writing, and white-hat backlink outreach.

The job pays 34,000 PHP per month (17,000 PHP sent on the 1st and again on 15th each month, first 6 weeks you will be paid weekly), it's full-time so 40 hour a week and I will pay the 13th Month in December, I am looking to start the right person ASAP and the website is built on WordPress, please read the job description fully.

Working style (important)

- Flexible schedule, but you must be available for real-time text discussion via ---------- with the owner at pre-arranged times on some of your working days
- Owner is in Scotland (UK time) - you need overlap with me on the days you work

What you’ll do

1) Technical SEO
- Run audits and fix issues (broken links, redirects, indexation, duplicates, crawl errors)
- Improve performance/Core Web Vitals (image optimisation + sensible site recommendations)
- Keep sitemap/robots/canonicals clean
- Add basic schema where relevant (Organisation/Service/FAQ/Article)

2) On-page SEO
- Titles/meta/headings/internal linking
- Improve content for search intent + conversions
- Keyword mapping + simple outlines
- Use Yoast SEO Premium properly (we provide access)

3) Content writing
- Write and update website content in English
- AI is allowed for research/structure, but the final content must be rewritten, human-sounding, and original

4) White-hat backlinks/outreach
- Outreach for guest posts/partnership links/resource links
- No spam, no PBNs, no shady tactics. Quality and relevance only

You should be comfortable with
- WordPress (required)
- Elementor Pro (preferred)
- SEO tools such as Screaming Frog / Ahrefs / Semrush (or similar)
- Google Search Console + GA4
- Basic HTML/CSS helpful
