Virtual Assistant — D2C E-Commerce Brand (Full-Time, Remote)

We're a growing D2C perfume brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to support daily operations.

Your Responsibilities
- Customer service: respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media DMs
- Order management: track orders, handle returns/exchanges, coordinate with fulfillment
- Social media support: schedule posts, engage with comments, basic community management
- Data entry and spreadsheet management
- Research tasks (competitor analysis, supplier outreach, market research)
- General admin: calendar management, email management, documentation

Requirements
- Excellent written English (you'll be communicating with customers directly)
- Experience as a VA or in e-commerce operations (1+ years preferred)
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Shopify, Canva, social media platforms
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
- Own computer + reliable internet
- Available to work PH business hours

Nice to Have
- Experience with D2C / e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
- Social media management experience

Hiring Process
