Australian Mortgage Admin/ Analyst

About Us
Australian mortgage brokerage seeking an EXPERIENCED offshore Broker Admin / credit analyst to assist with loan processing and servicing calculations. You will work directly with a broker helping structure and submit deals.

You MUST have experience with:
• Broker Engine AFG
• ApplyOnline (AOL)
• Property Hub
• Quickli
• Australian lender servicing calculators
• Pricing requests with lenders
• Loan packaging and submission

Key Responsibilities
• Run servicing calculations and borrowing capacity
• Identify suitable lenders based on policy
• Prepare and lodge applications through ApplyOnline
• Prepare credit notes for submissions
• Upload and organise supporting documents
• Submit pricing / repricing requests
• Track loan applications and follow up lenders
• Assist broker with deal structuring

Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers
• Strong understanding of Australian lending policies
• Excellent English communication
• Detail oriented and organised
• Able to work during Australian business hours

Salary
Up to PHP 1,000,000 (1 Million) per year depending on experience.
