Program Analyst, Project Manager

Job Summary
Seeking a Program Analyst to provide full-time project management support on a national cancer registry effort supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this role, the Analyst will support the Project Mangers planning, coordinating, and executing a large-scale effort providing Oncology Data Specialist–Credentialed (ODS-C) support to address VA’s backlog of oncology cases.

Primary Responsibilities
The Program Associate will support the Program Managers in vetting ODS-C candidates, ensuring timely onboarding, supporting access to VA’s EMR and abstracting software, providing detailed monthly reports, and contributing to process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, health sciences, business administration, project management, or a related discipline).
• Demonstrated ability to support large, cross-functional teams, including communications professionals and technical staff

Desired Qualifications
• Familiarity with VA systems, policies, and directives
