SDR / Appointment Setter – Short-Form Content & CRO Agency

Looking for a high-energy "Closer" to help scale a Short-Form Content & CRO Agency.
We help local businesses dominate social media with high-retention video content and conversion rate optimization (CRO). We are growing fast and need a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to hunt for new opportunities and book meetings.

What you will be doing:
• Cold Calling: Reaching out to local business owners (Gyms, Med-Spas, Real Estate, etc.).
• Lead Generation: Identifying businesses with poor social media presence or "dead" websites.
• Appointment Setting: Your only goal is to get a "Yes" for a 15-minute discovery call.
What we offer:
• Competitive Base Pay: $4.00 – $7.00 USD per hour (depending on experience).
• Aggressive Commissions: $20.00 bonus for every "showed up" meeting + a % of closed deals.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

1. Flawless English: You must have a clear, professional, and persuasive speaking voice.

2. Thick Skin: You aren't afraid of "No" and can handle gatekeepers with ease.

3. Quiet Workspace: High-quality headset and zero background noise.

4. Reliability: This is a long-term partnership, not a "gig."
