Job Title: Life Insurance Appointment Setter (Cold Calling)
Position Type: Full-Time Remote
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Pay: $5/hr – $7/hr depending on performance
About the Role
At least 6 months experience in life insurance appointment setting
We are looking for experienced appointment setters with a background in life insurance cold calling to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be calling leads and booking qualified appointments for licensed insurance agents.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in handling objections while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to life insurance leads using a power dialer
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for licensed agents
• Confirm key information from prospects before scheduling appointments
• Handle common objections and maintain a professional tone
• Ensure appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM after each call
Requirements
• Experience with cold calling life insurance leads
• Experience using power dialers
• Fluent English with clear and confident speaking ability
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Headset with good microphone quality
• Ability to work 9AM – 6PM PST

Preferred Experience
• Experience with Final Expense or Mortgage Protection campaigns
• Familiarity with CRMs and dialing platforms
• Strong show-rate and booking metrics
Compensation
• $5/hr starting pay
• Up to $8/hr based on performance and results
• Potential for long-term work with consistent hours
• Uncapped performance based bonuses
