All of our roles are with US-based companies across tech and real estate.

About the Role:

We're hiring virtual assistants to support a variety of US companies in tech and real estate. Specific responsibilities vary by client but may include administrative support, sales, scheduling, email management, data entry, research, accounting and implementing AI.

Important - Equipment Requirements:

Because our clients conduct regular video calls and voice meetings with their VAs, we require candidates to have:
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection
- A HD webcam (1080p or higher)
- A quality microphone capable of clear, noise-free audio — external or USB microphones are strongly preferred, though high-quality built-in microphones (such as those found on recent Apple MacBooks) may be acceptable

Candidates who cannot demonstrate clear audio and video during the interview process will not move forward, regardless of experience.
