Procurement Operations Specialist (Contract) — Product Testing

We're building AI agents for procurement teams. We need someone who's lived this work to help us test and refine the product.

You're a fit if you've:
Worked in a BPO or shared services center handling procurement for a US or European mid-market manufacturer or distributor. You've personally touched PO creation, supplier follow-ups, goods receipt matching, and invoice reconciliation — ideally in NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. You know what breaks in the real workflow: the exception emails, the mismatched line items, the vendor who never confirms delivery dates.

What you'd do:
Test our product against real-world procurement scenarios and integrations. Flag edge features we're missing. Pressure test the system and help with product design. Building demo with real use cases and data.

Requirements:
3+ years hands-on direct procurement operations in a US or European mid-market manufacturer or distributor. Direct experience with ERP systems. Strong English communication. Comfortable giving blunt, specific feedback.
