We are FargoPaving, a US-based commercial paving company that works with property management firms, REITs, retail chains, hospitals, and logistics companies across the United States. We pave parking lots, access roads, and loading areas for companies with multiple locations.
We are hiring one dedicated appointment setter to call US-based facilities directors and operations managers to schedule meetings with our founder Frank. This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who is reliable, confident on the phone, and ready to grow with us.
The Role
Your job is to call 40-60 US business contacts per day using our dialer (
Daily routine:
Log into
Review your call list — each contact has notes with a reason to call
Dial 40-60 contacts per day using Apollo’s power dialer
Follow the provided script (you can adapt it to sound natural)
After each call, select the outcome (Meeting Booked, Send Info, No Answer, etc.)
Apollo automatically sends the right follow-up
At end of day, send a quick summary: dials, connects, meetings booked
Compensation
Base pay: $6 USD/hour
Meeting bonus: $10 USD for every meeting booked that shows up
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (9 PM – 5 AM Manila Time)
Payment: Weekly via Wise
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
At 8–20 meetings booked per month, your bonus adds $80–$200/month on top of base pay.
Requirements
Must have:
Clear, confident English — American clients will hear your voice first
Previous experience cold calling US businesses (B2B preferred)
Quiet workspace with no background noise
Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup connection
USB headset with noise cancellation
Computer with Chrome browser
Ability to work US Eastern Time hours (night shift Philippines time)
Coachable — willing to take feedback and improve every week
Nice to have:
Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or facilities services
Experience with
Experience handling objections professionally
