Title: Remote Virtual Assistant – LinkedIn Outreach & Administrative Support (Fluent English)
Interstate Logistics Partners (ILP) is hiring a remote virtual assistant to support business development and daily administrative tasks. This role will start as a weekly contract position with the opportunity to grow into a long-term or full-time role based on performance.
We are a logistics company that helps businesses reduce freight costs and improve shipping efficiency. Your primary role will be reaching out to companies on LinkedIn to introduce our consulting approach and schedule consultations with the owner.
This role is remote and we are preferably hiring candidates outside of the United States.
Required Availability
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Primary Responsibilities (Main Focus)
Conduct LinkedIn outreach to business owners, operations managers, and supply chain professionals
Send connection requests and start conversations with prospective companies
Introduce ILP’s freight consulting approach
Schedule consultation calls with the owner using a calendar link
Track outreach activity and conversations in a spreadsheet or CRM
Secondary Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls when the owner is unavailable
Assist with small administrative tasks
Help organize spreadsheets and business records
Support basic dispatch or operational tasks if needed
About the Service
Interstate Logistics Partners helps businesses review their shipping operations and reduce freight overhead. The owner has 5+ years of experience coordinating freight across the United States and Canada, and consultations are designed to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and lower transportation costs.
Requirements
Fluent English with clear and professional communication
Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals
Professional presentation and confident communication style
Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
Experience with LinkedIn, social media outreach, or lead generation is a plus
Strong organization and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
