JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a leading U.S. multi-brand wedding photography and videography studio. We are 100% remote and currently booking 30+ weddings per month. We are looking for a disciplined, fast-moving professional to join our team and help us scale that number through rapid SMS engagement and consistent follow-up. This is a long-term position.

ROLE SUMMARY
You will join a 3-person SMS Concierge Team handling inbound leads via text inside GoHighLevel (GHL). There are no voice calls required. Your goal is to qualify leads, nurture them via SMS, and "warm hand-off" prospects to a U.S. closer for a scheduled call.

COMPENSATION

Base Rate: $5.00 USD per hour (Tracked via TimeProof).

Booking Bonus: $10.00 USD per tea ---------- mber for every wedding booked.

Total Monthly Potential (Estimated):

30 bookings/month = $300 bonus + ~$700 base = $1,000+ USD/month

50 bookings/month = $500 bonus + ~$700 base = $1,200+ USD/month

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Speed-to-Lead: Reply to new inbound leads instantly inside GHL.

Nurture: Run structured SMS follow-ups using our proven scripts.

Schedule: Book calendar calls for our sales team and provide a clean lead summary.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate notes, tags, and pipeline statuses in GHL.

Drafting: Use our shared ChatGPT account to help polish and personalize responses.

SCHEDULE & LOGISTICS

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Coverage: The team covers 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST, 7 days a week (scheduled in shifts).

Location: 100% Work from home.

You are highly organized and can strictly follow checklists and response-time SLAs.

You have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.

Nice-to-have: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), appointment setting, or the wedding/hospitality industry.
