Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager owns all sales-facing systems across MID Construction Group, including the CRM, sales dialer, pipeline structure, automation layers, and reporting. This role enforces strict CRM adherence and ensures all processes function uniformly across organizations. The position also owns data upload and data ingestion into sales systems, ensuring accurate, compliant, and standardized imports. Additionally, the Sales Operations Manager contributes to the company’s data strategy, defining how sales data is structured, mapped, and maintained to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize the CRM, sales dialer, and all sales engagement technologies.
Build and maintain all sales reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
Enforce 100% CRM adherence through training, audit processes, and system controls.
Manage all data uploads, imports, and ingestion workflows into the CRM and related systems.
Define and maintain standardized data mapping, field structures, and object relationships.
Contribute to the company’s data strategy by aligning sales system architecture with broader data governance.
Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure systems support pipeline health, activity tracking, and forecasting.
Oversee lead routing, automation, scorecards, permissioning, and workflow logic.
Maintain a complete system and process documentation library.
Train new hires on CRM and system usage standards.
Qualifications
3–5 years in sales operations, CRM administration, or revenue systems management.
Strong expertise in CRM configuration, field mapping, permissioning, and automation.
Experience managing data uploads/imports at scale.
Excellent reporting and dashboard-building capability.
Strong communication and process-enforcement discipline.
Ability to work across multiple divisions and sales teams in a unified framework.
