Bilingual Customer service rep

Bilingual customer service rep. I need a rep that will be able to answer emails in english and french. Must be fluent for both languages. Your job will consist of answering customers problems. Main problems:
- Where is my order? (you need to check in shopify dashboard and send them the tracking link and reassure them).
- Pausing or cancelling subscriptions if they ask for it. (going in subscription app and doing the ask).
- forwarding opportunities to us founders (UGC talent, newspaper outlet, retail store)
