Female Cold Caller to Match Existing Audio Materials - Real Estate

About the Job
We are currently seeking a female voice for this recording project to match the tone and style of our existing audio materials.

We are looking for a reliable cold caller to contact property owners and ask if they may be interested in selling their property.
This position also involves recording short phone scripts for use in calling campaigns.

You will follow a structured script and collect basic information from interested sellers. Training will be provided.
This position begins with a 30-day trial period and may become a long-term opportunity based on business growth.

We value consistency, professionalism, and clear communication.

Responsibilities
• Call property owners using a provided call list
• Follow a structured script when speaking with property owners
• Ask basic questions when the owner shows interest
• Determine whether the owner may be open to selling their property
• Record call results accurately in the CRM system
Calling tools such as CallTools, BatchDialer, or similar CRM systems will be used.

Requirements
• Clear and easy-to-understand English speaking ability
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
• Ability to follow instructions and scripts closely
• Reliable and consistent work habits
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Quiet workspace and stable internet connection
• USB headset required

• 3–4 days per week
• 4 hours per day
• Total: 12–16 hours per week
Calling hours will fall between:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
