Video Ad Producer & Paid Media Manager Needed ASAP

We're a bathroom renovation company in Scotland and we're looking for one exceptional person — not a average freelancer, not someone who "knows a bit of everything" — someone who is genuinely outstanding at what they do online.
This is a results-driven role. You will own our digital presence, create video ads that actually stop people scrolling, and run Meta and Google ad campaigns that bring in real leads. If you need to be taught the basics, this is not for you.

Be honest with yourself before applying:

Can you produce video ads that look genuinely professional — not just slapped together on CapCut with a template?
Have you actually run Meta or Google ad campaigns and got real results — not just boosted a post?
Can you speak and write in excellent English and occasionally call a customer confidently?
Are you the type of person who figures things out themselves rather than asking what to do next?

What you'll be doing:

Creating high-quality, professional video ads for our bathroom renovation projects
Running and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads
Owning performance — you'll know if it's working or not and act on it
Occasional customer calls in fluent English
General digital tasks as the business grows — we need someone who can adapt

$600-$1200/month base salary + 20% Real performance bonus when monthly targets are hit — this is where sharp people earn significantly more

WORKING HOURS
9:00am – 5:00pm UK Time or 5:00pm – 1:00am Philippine Time (shift to be agreed upon hire)
