E-commerce Assistant – Social Media & Sales Support

Hi! I run a dropshipping store selling trending products to the US market. I’m looking for a reliable assistant to help me:

Post content on TikTok / Instagram

Assist in creating ads & marketing strategies

Help increase store traffic and eventually sales

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Responsible and proactive

Compensation:

Starting PHP 3,000/week (no sales yet, training / support phase)

Pay increases as sales grow

Potential for performance-based bonuses

Notes:

This is an entry-level position.

We will focus on building a solid process first before scaling sales.
