JOB OVERVIEW

The Project
Our team manages communications across multiple platforms. We need a unified hub where assistants can log in, view incoming messages, and respond to brands without leaving the CRM.

Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Integration: Connect WhatsApp, ---------- , and Slack into one unified inbox.

Bidirectional Messaging: Enable seamless sending and receiving of messages across all integrated channels.

User Management: Ensure assistants can securely log in and manage these conversations from a central dashboard.

System Architecture: Develop this using Base44 or, if it meets all requirements more efficiently, optimize GoHighLevel to serve this specific purpose.

Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Proven experience with API integrations (specifically for WhatsApp, ---------- , and Slack).

Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in Base44 and/or GoHighLevel (GHL).

CRM Development: Experience building or customizing centralized communication hubs/dashboards.

Communication: Fluency in English is a must for clear documentation and team coordination.

Ideal Candidate
You have a "work smarter, not harder" mindset. If GoHighLevel can already handle these integrations natively or via Zapier/Make with high reliability, you’ll lead with that. If a custom Base44 build offers better stability and control, you’re ready to execute.
