Founder Video Editing

Looking for someone who has a specific set of experience. I'm the founder of Peggy, an AI app helping parents manage school email chaos. I'm building founder-led content to support our growth, but I need help finding my authentic voice on camera and come up with good repeatable formats. This is a role for someone who has done this before - specifically founder-led content.

What You'll Do:
- Edit 2 founder story videos per week (TikTok/Reels format)
- Help me identify which takes feel most authentic
- Suggest hooks, pacing, and format variations
- Test different openings/endings
- Add captions, light effects, trending sounds when relevant
- Iterate based on performance data

What I Need From You:
- Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels (you use them daily)
- Experience editing founder/talking-head content
- Good instincts for what feels "real" vs overproduced
- Can give creative feedback, not just execute
- Fast turnaround (film Sunday ? edited Monday)

Starting Scope:
- 2 videos per week (60-120 seconds each)
- ~10 hours per week total
- Raw footage: 3-5 takes per video, shot on iPhone
- Delivered: Edited MP4s with captions

What Success Looks Like:
- Videos feel authentic, not corporate
- We find 2-3 formats that work consistently
- You're helping me discover my founder voice
- Within 30 days, I'm comfortable filming and we have a rhythm
