Real Estate Acquisitions Cold Caller (Appointment Setter) – Bonuses for Closings

We are a fast-growing real estate team in the United States looking for a hungry, motivated cold caller to help us generate listing appointments.

Your job will be simple: call property owners using our provided scripts and lead lists and set appointments for our agents to meet with sellers.

You will be calling:
• FSBO (For Sale By Owner)
• Expired Listings
• Circle Prospecting around active listings
• Other homeowner lead lists we provide

If you are confident speaking English, enjoy talking to people, and like the idea of earning bonuses based on real estate deals closing, this can become a long-term position with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using our scripts and dialer
• Speak confidently and professionally in English
• Build quick rapport with property owners
• Identify homeowners interested in selling
• Set qualified listing appointments for our agents
• Log call notes and appointments in our CRM

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English (clear accent and strong comprehension)
• Cold calling or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Reliable internet and quiet working environment
• Highly motivated and competitive mindset
• Organized and able to follow scripts and systems

Compensation

This is an hourly position (rate depends on experience) plus performance bonuses that can add up quickly.

Bonuses include:

• $20 for every kept listing appointment
• $50 for every homeowner who signs a listing agreement with us
• $250 for every listing that successfully sells

Performance bonus:
If 3 listings you set sell in a single month, you receive an extra $250 bonus.

Example:
If 3 listings you set sell in one month:

$250 × 3 = $750 closing bonuses
+$250 performance bonus

Total bonus = $1,000 for the month (plus hourly pay).
