About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Creative Assistant to support our Custom Learning and broader creative initiatives.
While PowerPoint design will be a core responsibility, this role extends beyond presentations. You will contribute across multiple formats including learning materials, digital assets, web-related visuals, and branded content.
This is a functional, systems-oriented design role — not a trend-driven marketing position. We prioritize clarity, structure, usability, and brand consistency.
You will work closely with the Manager of Brand + Design as well our Learning & Development team of instructional designers, acting as a reliable extension of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Custom Learning & Presentation Design
• Build advanced PowerPoint templates and slide systems
• Design structured learning materials and course assets
• Translate written content into clear, visually organized layouts
• Ensure materials are scalable and easy for non-designers to edit
• Maintain strict brand consistency
Digital & Creative Production
• Design assets such as:
• Prepare files for delivery across digital platforms
• Resize, version, and adapt creative across formats
• Maintain organized files and clean layer structures
Creative QA & Review Support
• Review creative output (web, video, motion, learning modules)
• Provide detailed feedback on alignment, spacing, typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Identify small inconsistencies or errors others may overlook
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise (template systems, master slides, structured layouts)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography
• Experience designing within brand guidelines
• Experience working with corporate or L&D teams
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to execute independently with minimal oversight
• A supporting design portfolio
Adaptability
• Comfortable learning and using new tools and platforms as needed
• Quick to adopt new workflows, software, or internal systems
• Open to evolving processes and continuous improvement
Communication
• Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to understand project context quickly without extensive explanation
• Comfortable working asynchronously
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working across multiple platforms and quickly adjusting to new client environments
• Experience with instructional design or eLearning environments
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, 360Learning, or similar tools
• Figma proficiency
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams
