Home Health Care Operation 1-2 years in HOME HEALTH CARE experience is REQUIRED

Looking for an experienced female only please no male professional to manage a Homecare agency with expertise experienced and social media marketing experience, also ads campaign skills. Must have knowledge in healthcare industry, Back Office Support

Intake coordination and documentation

Caregiver scheduling

Assist with billing preparation (Medicare/Medicaid/private pay knowledge preferred)

Maintain compliance documents and patient files


Lead Generation Support

Research potential referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities)

Assist with outreach via email and phone

Maintain referral tracking spreadsheet/CRM

Support marketing and census growth efforts Minimum 2 years experience with a U.S.-based home health or home care agency

Familiar with Medicare/Medicaid processes (preferred)

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Experience with scheduling systems and EMR software

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
