We are a fast-growing U.S. Credit Repair Company looking for 2 full-time Virtual Assistants (1 male, 1 female) with excellent English speaking skills to join our team.
Your main responsibility will be calling the credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of our clients to assist with credit dispute investigations.
This position requires clear communication, professionalism, and confidence speaking with U.S. companies on the phone.
If you are reliable, hardworking, and speak very strong English, we would love to work with you long-term.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (U.S. Business Hours)

Responsibilities
• Call credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax) on behalf of clients
• Speak with creditors and verification departments
• Follow dispute instructions provided by our team
• Take detailed notes from each phone call
• Update client files in our CRM system
• Communicate updates to the team
You will be given training and scripts, but you must be comfortable speaking on the phone with U.S. companies.
Requirements
We are ONLY looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
• Excellent English speaking skills (very clear accent)
• Comfortable making phone calls to U.S. companies
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet workspace
• Professional attitude
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a PLUS
Preferred Experience
• Call center experience
• Customer support
• Credit repair experience (not required but a plus)
Equipment Requirements
• Reliable computer or laptop
• High-speed internet
• Noise-canceling headset
• Quiet workspace for phone calls
