Looking for an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst to help create a capacity plan for an operations project. This is a project-based role focused on analyzing workload, productivity metrics, and staffing requirements.
Responsibilities:
Analyze historical workload and productivity data
Create a capacity planning model based on forecasted demand
Translate workload into staffing and headcount requirements
Provide recommendations for optimal staffing and utilization
Deliver the final capacity plan using Excel or Google Sheets
Requirements:
Experience in Workforce Management / Capacity Planning
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Understanding of forecasting, staffing models, TPH, AHT, utilization
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Job Type: Project-Based / Short-Term
Preferred: Candidates with WFM experience in BPO, customer support, or operations teams
