We are a growing U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a highly organized and confident Virtual Assistant to help us build partnerships with mortgage loan officers.
Your role will be to reach out to loan officers by phone, introduce our partnership program, and schedule onboarding calls for our team.
This is not a typical cold-calling job. You will be speaking with professionals and helping them grow their pipeline through our homebuyer lead program.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional on the phone, persistent, and comfortable building relationships with business professionals.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to mortgage loan officers
• Introduce our homebuyer lead partnership program
• Schedule onboarding calls for our agency owner
• Follow up with loan officers who showed interest
• Maintain organized notes in our CRM
• Track outreach and responses
• Send simple follow-up
• Build and maintain a pipeline of loan officer partners
Requirements
• Excellent spoken English
• Clear, confident phone presence
• Experience with outbound calling
• Comfortable speaking with business professionals
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
Preferred (but not required)
• Experience calling mortgage or real estate professionals
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, or real estate industries
• Experience using CRM systems
