We operate remotely and collaborate as a team across several departments including data research, lead generation, marketing, and acquisitions. Our system is designed to consistently generate new opportunities by pulling property data from government sources and turning that data into conversations with homeowners.
We are currently looking for a Real Estate Data & Lead Generation Manager who can take ownership of our lead generation pipeline and help ensure our data systems run smoothly and consistently.

40 hours per week
Some overlap with U.S. business hours may be required for communication with the team.
How Our System Works
Our company uses a data-driven system to identify homeowners who may be interested in selling their property.
The process begins with public records research, where we locate property owners through county government databases, court records, and property tax systems.
After the data is collected, it is cleaned, verified, and organized before being uploaded into our CRM. From there, our marketing systems contact property owners through SMS outreach and other marketing channels.
If a homeowner expresses interest in selling, the lead is documented and passed to our acquisitions team who negotiates and closes the deal.
Your role is to ensure that new leads are consistently entering the system and that the data is clean, accurate, and organized.
